This is a first pass at a responsive web page - as you can see it's just a starting point, but it has a simple, fluid layout to lay the groundwork, and one media query to change it from two columns to one column when things drop below 29em.

It also has very simple blocks and areas of content, semantic markup, and a couple of web fonts to keep things a little nicer.
