Bio
Rhonda Maloney has been with Esdaile, Barrett & Esdaile since 1982, and has been a practicing attorney since 1987. Her practice includes negligence; automobile, products and premises liability; medical malpractice; insurance bad faith; aviation and construction litigation cases. She has appeared in cases throughout the Commonwealth, including extensive representation on Cape Cod and the islands, as well as appellate court, and she routinely represents clients in court-sponsored or private mediations and arbitrations.
Professional Accomplishments
Since her admission to the bar in 1987, Rhonda has consistently received outstanding results in cases big and small, with verdicts and settlements reaching $2 million for medical malpractice, $3.8 million for premises liability and $5.5 million for automobile liability. Her cases range from the very simple to the highly complex, yet she brings the same level of experience, tenacity and dedication to each case. Rhonda is committed to serving the legal profession by judging student moot court competitions and sitting as Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
