C. William Barrett

Bio

Bill Barrett is a civil litigation attorney and specializes in complex disputes involving motor vehicle and/or truck accidents, product liability claims, construction litigation, medical malpractice, premises liability and business “non-compete” claims.  He also has experience in local and state regulatory matters as well as administrative law issues.

Professional Accomplishments

Bill has been involved in some of the largest verdicts and settlements in Massachusetts over the past twenty years.  In 2005 a jury awarded Bill’s client almost five million dollars which, at that time, was the largest Massachusetts jury verdict involving a degloving hand injury. He has also participated in the settlement of numerous multi-million dollar cases including complex multi party claims.  While the bulk of Bill’s cases involve serious and sometimes fatal injuries, he takes great pride in litigating his cases, large or small, with the same passion and earnest concern for the interests of his clients.
